Do you ship internationally?:
Yes we do! We’ve finally been able to restore shipping to the United Kingdom alongside our regular international destinations across the European Union, Canada and even Japan.
I placed an order and haven’t received shipping information yet. When will I get tracking information?
As we’re a very small business, and have to manage all sorts of tasks, we process all of our shipping one day a week! Currently we pack orders and drop them off every Friday. The only exceptions are when we are working through a large number of preorder packages! Apologies if this means there’s a little delay in getting a package. If you need a piece for a specific urgent event please reach out to us by email!
Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately no. We’d love to be able to make custom pieces, but with just two people running IDD we don’t have the time we’d really love to devote to custom garments!
